About BabyMD

BabyMDis a complete, round-the-clock paediatric chain of clinics for new-age parents, with

a bunch of services all under one roof. We offer holistic paediatric wellness solutions through our physical clinics & telemedicine, focusing on not just the child, but also the parents. Some of our services include consultation, vaccinations, development assessment, therapies, lactation & nutrition and many more. We have 5 clinics as of now & would be expanding across entire Bengaluru in next 12-15 months.

BabyMD is looking for a young, energetic & ambitious person to lead offline growth charter for our clinics. It includes planning & executing activities in pre-schools, societies or building a doctor referral channel. The role involves driving partnerships, executing campaigns, and managing activations to promote BabyMD's child healthcare services. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential for successful outreach initiatives. This is a team lead role & will involve some travel as well; in & around our clinic locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead offline expansion strategy for BabyMD. Driving demand generation through various offline channels, including multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve monthly leads & customer targets across all BabyMD Clinics.
  • Partnerships - Partner & build relationships with pre-schools & societies (RWAs) to execute activities for ex. various types of camps for kids/parents such as health camp, vaccination camp, growth assessment camp etc.
  • Doctor Referral- Building network of doctor, create awareness about the brand & drive patient referral to our clinics by onboarding doctors as a trusted partner of BabyMD
  • Experimentation: Explore new lead generation & engagement channels for ex. Pharmacy, corporates etc.
  • Offline Branding - Implement BTL/ATL marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across the clinic locations, for ex. Mobile van
  • Vendor Management - Negotiation & managing deliverables with the vendor. Cost cutting to ensure the ROI from activations improve month on month
  • Research & Insights - Conducting market research and competitive analysis. Gathering consumer insights & make business plans based on customer demand
  • Leveraging data and analytics - To identify target audiences, personalize messaging, and optimize marketing strategies
  • Collaboration - Closely work with various teams such as content, design, inside sales, clinic teams etc

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in sales growth or business development, preferably in healthcare or education.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, leading growth & managing partnerships.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel for activations across the region.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong negotiation, street smart and problem-solving abilities.
  • Data driven decision making
  • Experience in working with pre-schools, residential societies etc (Not Mandatory)
  • Past Healthcare background preferred (Not Mandatory)
  • English, Hindi & Kannada (good to have)
