We are looking for a motivated and customer-centric Jewelry Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional shopping experience, assisting customers in finding the perfect jewelry pieces, and driving sales through outstanding service and product knowledge.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers as they visit the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend appropriate jewelry selections.
- Provide detailed information on product features, materials, and care guidelines.
- Handle sales transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Foster strong, trust-based relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment.
- Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends, materials, and pricing.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional initiatives and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the jewelry industry.
- Strong understanding of jewelry products and current industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping clients.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma required; additional certification in Sales or Marketing is an advantage.
