Ice Miller seeks a mid-senior level M&A associate attorney to join our business practice group in Cleveland. Ideal candidates will have four (4) to eight (8) years of experience. About the Role: In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of transactional and general corporate work. Candidates should have broad-based M&A and corporate experience and significant experience drafting and reviewing a wide variety of corporate documents. Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills, a team-oriented mentality, and be a motivated self-starter with strong law school credentials and references. Lead and/or assist in advising corporate clients on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and general corporate legal issues Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and partners to draft and negotiate transaction documents, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance At least four (4) years of experience practicing law in a law firm and in-house environment
