McDonald Hopkins is seeking a member-level corporate attorney with estate planning expertise for our Cleveland office. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience working with corporate transactions, complex estate planning, business succession planning, in addition to general business counseling. The position is an excellent opportunity to work with a progressive team and serve existing clients. Candidates should be self-starters with some book of business, willing to take on the practices of retiring lawyers, highly organized, with strong writing and communication skills.
