The RoleWe're hiring a high-ownership Content Lead who thrives in B2B SaaS environments and knows how to drive business results through content. This is a strategic management role: you will own the entire content lifecycle across the funnel, lead a team of content creators, and partner closely with Marketing, Growth, and Sales stakeholders to enable high-performing campaigns and buying experiences.
This isn't about producing generic collateral. You'll deeply understand our ICPs, segment narratives, buyer journeys, and performance metricsand ship content that moves the pipeline at every stage.
Strategy & Planning
- Lead full-funnel content strategy across awareness to post-sale
- Align messaging to ICPs, triggers, and JTBDs through in-depth persona research
- Build editorial calendars tied to campaigns and lifecycle journeys
Execution & Enablement
- Drive creation of anchor assets (guides, case studies, playbooks, etc.)
- Manage content across formats: blogs, video, visual, social, and product
- Partner with Paid, Outbound, and Product Marketing for channel-specific content
Team & Collaboration
- Build and manage a small team of writers, designers, and video creators
- Set and maintain standards for voice, quality, and turnaround
- Be the go-to content lead for marketing, sales, product, and founders
Analytics & Optimization
- Measure content performance against pipeline KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, influenced revenue)
- Optimize and repurpose top-performing content
- Regularly audit and evolve content based on gaps and performance
- Have 58 years in B2B SaaS content, with team leadership experience
- Think in systems and customer journeys, not just assets
- Are outcome-driven, detail-oriented, and creative problem-solvers
- Are confident collaborating with growth, product, and leadership teams
- Experience writing for technical, regulated, or enterprise audiences
- Familiarity with SEO, AI tools, HubSpot, Webflow, Descript, Loom, or GA4
