Labor & Employment Attorney

We are looking for a skilled Labor and Employment Attorney with 4?7 years of experience to join our collaborative team. This role is ideal for an attorney who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to helping both private and public sector clients navigate complex labor and employment matters with clarity and confidence.

What

What You'll Do

• Advise employers?including private businesses and public agencies?on agencies on a wide range of employment issues, such as including workplace policies, employee relations, wage and hour compliance, and risk management.
• Take the lead on litigation tasks across
• Handle litigation in all phases, including phases of labor and employment matters?including law and motion practice, discovery, law and motion, depositions, trial pretrial preparation, trial, and appeals.
• Draft and review employment agreements, policies, handbooks, and related documents.
• Help
• Research and advise clients stay ahead of evolving employment laws through clear, strategic legal counsel.on personnel and employment-related issues.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to find practical, business-minded solutions to employment workplace challenges.

What

What We're Looking For

• 4?7 years of labor and employment litigation experience; trial labor and employment background strongly preferred.
• Trial experience is a plus.
• Excellent
• Exceptional writing, research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents and legal issues.
• A strong academic background and background, sound judgment judgment, and professionalism in fast-paced environments.

• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality work and meet deadlines with a high level of discipline and responsiveness.
• A team player self-starter who can also work both independently with professionalism and initiative.as part of a team.
