Our practice focuses on tribal cultural resources protection, tribal water rights, economic development, agriculture, the Native American Grave Protection and Repatriation Act, National Environmental Policy Act, National Historic Preservation Act, California Environmental Quality Act, P.L. 93-638 Contracting, planning, land use, policy, and legislative development, and complex consultation.

What You'll Do
- Business transactions.

- Negotiation, facilitation, and alternative dispute resolution.
- Legal research and writing.
- Participate in meetings with clients, business sector entities, state, local, and federal agencies.
- Collaborate with a diverse, fast-paced, caring, and resourceful team in a highly supportive environment focused on client success and your success.
What We're Looking For
- 3-plus years of experience in a relevant practice area.
- Comfort with direct client engagement and public meetings, or the willingness to learn.
- Strong legal analysis, writing skills, and attention to detail.
- A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Interest in solving complex legal problems creatively.
