We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring efforts. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, and is ideal for someone eager to learn about talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings.
- Support employer branding initiatives through social media and campus outreach.
- Communicate with candidates for updates and feedback.
- Work closely with the HR team on recruitment strategies and process improvements.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tools is a plus.
- A keen interest in learning about HR and talent acquisition.
- Hands-on recruitment experience in a professional setting.
