Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for diverse education-focused roles
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Support employee engagement, performance reviews, and professional development
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR best practices
- Manage HR systems, maintain accurate records, and generate reports
- Promote a culture of inclusion, learning, and continuous improvement
- Act as a trusted advisor to team members and management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally within education or mission-driven sectors
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, practices, and employee relations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus

Requirements
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
