Key Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for diverse education-focused roles
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Support employee engagement, performance reviews, and professional development
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR best practices
  • Manage HR systems, maintain accurate records, and generate reports
  • Promote a culture of inclusion, learning, and continuous improvement
  • Act as a trusted advisor to team members and management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally within education or mission-driven sectors
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, practices, and employee relations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
