W Health has set up India's first healthcare- focused Venture Studio called 2070 Health - an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities in whitespaces. Distinct from the accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new business. Companies incubated in the last 15 months include Elevate Now, Nivaan Care, Reveal Healthtech and BabyMD.

Role: Community Builder and Content Lead

At 2070Health, we are building a high-quality, engaged, healthcare-focused Content and Community Team as part of the Studio to accelerate knowledge sharing in healthcare and foster collaboration between diverse stakeholders and accelerate transformation. We are currently hiring a Community Builder and Content Lead to join our team and help us expand the healthcare innovation ecosystem, enhance our brand recognition, source new ideas and founders, and drive continuous engagement within the community.

Responsibilities

1. Content Generation:

a. Develop weekly bites/ op-eds to engage subscribers and build a strong following on a new newsletter that we will launch

b. Author deep-dive articles on relevant healthcare trends, elevate our brand as a thought leader.

a. Produce podcasts featuring industry leaders to create a thought leadership platform.

b. Ensure content is consistent, informative, and aligned with our goal of building a recognizable brand.

2. Community Management:

a. Moderate Slack/WhatsApp communities, ensuring active discussions and meaningful exchanges of insights.

b. Foster a vibrant, collaborative environment where stakeholders can share ideas and opportunities.

3. Event Planning & Execution:

a. Organize national and regional healthcare events, to engage stakeholders across the healthcare value chain.

b. Plan themed events around specific healthcare domains, driving engagement through sponsorship and delegate fees.

4. Job Board & Talent Engagement:

a. Leverage our growing content readership to post job opportunities within the healthcare space.

b. Monetize the job board by charging posting fees and promoting relevant positions in our newsletter.

5. Educational Course Development:

a. Collaborate with industry leaders and institutions to develop healthcare-specific courses, filling existing market gaps.

b. Monetize courses through registration fees, offering specialized knowledge to healthcare start-ups and professionals.

Requirements

We're seeking an entrepreneurial leader with 5-7 years of experience in business research and content creation . The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of leading initiatives independently, with:

• A background in research and content writing (consulting research firms or platforms like Ken, Morning Context, Arc, etc.).
• Strong business acumen and the ability to turn research into compelling content.
• Excellent communication skills to build and engage communities.
• Passion for community-building , especially in healthcare or related fields.
• Energetic, proactive, and adaptable , with a talent for fostering collaboration and innovation.
