We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our team in our Cleveland office. The person in this role will have the opportunity to support attorneys in our Health and Medicine Practice Area. This is a fantastic role for someone who wants to work for and learn from a team of seasoned professionals who take extreme pride in their work.
We require:
- 3-5 years working as a litigation paralegal in a law firm environment, preferably in health and medicine/medical malpractice
- Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel
The essential functions of the job will include:
- Supporting attorneys at trial and preparation of a variety of trial-related documents
- Handle Medical Records requests and track responses from healthcare providers
- Communicate with clients, healthcare providers, and experts
- Effectively manage scheduling, calendars, deadlines, and discovery

- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to follow client confidentiality guidelines
