YOUR IMPACT

In this role, you will lead the financial planning and analysis efforts that guide our organization's strategic initiatives and operational excellence. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, while providing insights that drive decision-making and resource allocation. By working collaboratively with various departments, you will ensure that our financial strategy aligns with Enable Dental's mission and vision.

• Develop and maintain the company-wide financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports, identifying variances and providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial considerations into strategic initiatives and operational plans.
• Support capital allocation decisions by evaluating investment opportunities and conducting due diligence.
• Enhance financial reporting processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness in conveying financial performance.
• Play a key role in financial compliance and risk management initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulations and best practices.

Requirements

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or accounting, preferably in a healthcare or service-oriented industry.
• Advanced knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with financial software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Hyperion) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Outstanding analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial concepts to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Creative and strategic thinker, with the ability to influence decisions and drive change across the organization.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
