Our unique two-year EMEA Graduate Program offers an amazing opportunity for you to develop your professionalism in the technical engineering industry and learn more about your leadership skills. The goal of the program is to provide you with the best possible support early in your career so that you can reach your full potential in your working life!

What you can expect

• Get to know Parker's finance activities performed in Manufacturing plants and sales companies as well as other areas covering financial reporting.
• Build and develop your expertise in areas such as US GAAP accounting, financial reporting, analysis, cost accounting, internal auditing, internal controls compliance (SOX), and other finance related activities
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify challenges that need resolving, seek to find solutions and make decisions in your area of responsibility
• Develop contacts and create a valuable network for your future career within the Company
• Responsibility for managing your own workload, projects and responding directly to requests from internal and external contacts
• Seek all learning opportunities and develop your knowledge and skills from your wider team

Your ideal profile should include

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• Process-driven, organised and disciplined approach
• Initiative and strong communication skills
• Geographical mobility after completion of the graduate program to enable continued personal and professional development
• Fluent in local language and English
