Job Description

Onboard Doctor Universe (particularly Physicians, Physiotherapists, and others) within Bangalore.

Engage with reputable doctors through calls, in-person meetings, and marketing materials to present Nivaan's offerings and unique value.

Directly engage with patients through activations to generate leads.

Finalize commercial agreements with doctors for patient referrals and ensure a smooth experience for both doctors and patients post-referral.

Collaborate with the central marketing and communications team to design and implement offline activities (Doctor Workshops and Talks).

Achieve monthly patient and revenue targets.

Explore creative strategies to exceed targets.

Requirements

Graduate (Mandatory)

MBA (Preferred, but not essential)

Freshers or individuals with 1-3 years of experience in offline sales

Candidates should be from or near these locations and ready to travel to these locations:- HSR Layout, Bellandur, Vartur, Hosa Rad, Electonic city.

Past Healthcare background preferred ( Not Mandatory)

Must own a two-wheeler

Ready to commute to different locations in Bangalore
