One of our companies is currently looking for a Direct Sales Manager - THREE in the United States .

This role is ideal for a dynamic and experienced sales leader with a strong background in commercial property and casualty insurance. As a Direct Sales Manager, you'll lead a team of licensed sales agents, helping them deliver a standout experience for small business clients. You'll be responsible for driving performance, refining sales strategies, and supporting the development of your team. You'll also contribute to shaping how insurance is sold, challenging industry norms through innovative processes and continuous improvement. Accountabilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of licensed sales agents to exceed performance goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze individual and team metrics to drive improvements and ensure consistent quality across all interactions.
  • Coach and mentor agents with personalized feedback, ongoing training, and growth plans.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members to set them up for long-term success.
  • Work cross-functionally to identify and implement process and technology improvements.
  • Drive adoption of sales best practices, tools, and strategic initiatives.
  • Represent the voice of the sales team internally, ensuring agents are empowered and supported.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance, with a deep understanding of coverage across industries.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales goals and enhancing team performance.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance sales flows, with the ability to coach, refine, and scale sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and educate.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to adapt to evolving platforms and digital processes.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and data analysis to inform decisions and track success.
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
