We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Content Strategist / Creative Growth Marketer who understands how storytelling drives business growth. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong content strategy, copywriting, and growth marketing capabilities to create high-converting campaigns across digital channels. As a key member of the growth team, you will own content strategy across ads, landing pages, social media, and GTM campaigns. You will work closely with founders, marketing teams, designers, and performance marketers to build compelling narratives that improve conversions, engagement, and revenue. This is not a traditional content role focused only on publishing. The ideal candidate should think like a growth marketer ? someone who understands funnels, audience psychology, conversion-driven storytelling, and how content impacts CAC, CTR, retention, and overall business performance. The role also requires hands-on experience creating performance-focused scripts, launch campaigns, and scalable content systems using modern AI-driven workflows and marketing tools. Requirements Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end content strategy across ads, landing pages, social media, and growth campaigns.
• Write high-converting copy for ad creatives, landing pages, emails, scripts, and performance campaigns.
• Build and execute GTM campaigns for product launches, feature rollouts, and marketing initiatives.
• Create engaging short-form video scripts for Reels, YouTube Shorts, paid ads, and social content.
• Translate customer pain points, product insights, and audience behavior into compelling narratives.
• Collaborate closely with performance marketing teams to improve conversions, CTR, CAC, and campaign performance.
• Drive both organic and paid content growth initiatives across digital platforms.
• Work with design and video teams to create execution-ready creatives aligned with growth objectives.
• Use AI tools and modern workflows to scale content production, ideation, and optimization.
• Continuously test messaging, hooks, formats, and storytelling approaches to improve campaign outcomes.
• Analyze audience behavior, search intent, funnel performance, and campaign metrics to optimize content strategy.
• Contribute to building scalable content systems and repeatable growth frameworks.

• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content strategy capabilities.
• Experience creating performance-focused marketing content that drives measurable growth.
• Hands-on experience with landing pages, ad creatives, video scripting, and funnel-based communication.
• Strong understanding of conversion psychology, user behavior, and audience intent.
• Experience working on GTM strategies, product launches, or growth campaigns.
• Ability to independently own projects from ideation to execution.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, audience research, and content optimization strategies.
• Experience collaborating with performance marketing, creative, and product teams.
• Comfortable using AI-powered content and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools like GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush is an advantage.
• Exposure to D2C, EdTech, consumer brands, or global markets is a plus.
• Strong creative thinking with a performance-oriented mindset.
• Ability to balance storytelling, branding, and conversion-focused execution.
