The ideal candidate is not just skilled at editing but understands storytelling, audience psychology, and social media trends to create videos that people genuinely want to watch. Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality videos for social media platforms, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create engaging long-form and short-form video content.
• Develop compelling hooks, pacing, and storytelling elements to maximize viewer retention.
• Add transitions, motion graphics, captions, sound effects, and visual enhancements.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver impactful videos.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing styles, and platform algorithms.
• Optimize videos for different platforms and audience segments.
• Incorporate feedback quickly and continuously improve content quality.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing.
• Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms.
• Proficiency in editing short-form and long-form videos.
• Good understanding of current digital content trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
