Senior UX Designer

Maker Lab supports clients across technology, entertainment, financial services and the payments industry. We?re looking for dynamic individuals to join our team and support our amazing clients in the industry.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will be partnering across a wide range of departments alongside your team of creatives to elevate the concepts of UX designs.

Role:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal and client-facing product, engineering, and design teams to drive successful technical implementation.
• Design System Scaling: Utilise and scale existing design systems to maintain consistency across product suites.
• User-Centric Innovation: Drive interactive, quality-driven design concepts that resonate with diverse user groups.
• Research Integration: Conduct product audits and collaborate with user research teams to translate insights and pain points into actionable design solutions.
• End-to-End Design Delivery: Map user journeys and deliver high-fidelity concepts, prototypes, and implementation-ready designs for critical product flows.
• Engineering Alignment: Provide ongoing UX support throughout the development cycle to ensure design integrity and high-quality product execution.

• At least 5+ years of experience, preferably working on a consumer app and hyper-growth technology companies
• A multidisciplinary designer with skills such as UX Design, Concept Development, Rapid Prototyping, System Design, Brand Identity, Product Design, Typography, etc.
• A multi-faceted designer who knows your Figma, including component, style, layer management & creating scalable design systems.

• A sharp-eyed, detailed oriented and good design ambassador. You have a strong sense of layout, colour, composition and type.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills.
