This role will provide legal services and advice to multiple entities within our specialty organization, including day-to-day support for contracting and negotiations. It will also include work on strategic enterprise projects and significant engagement with business and legal colleagues throughout the organization. The qualified candidate must possess an ability to develop a detailed understanding of complex business operations and interdependencies in a fast-paced environment, and should have a minimum of four to five years' healthcare regulatory or transactional experience with a reputable law firm or in-house legal department. Knowledge of health care fraud and abuse laws, contract negotiation experience and the ability to provide timely, practical guidance while effectively managing multiple competing priorities are required. Compensation will consist of competitive base salary and bonus eligibility and will be based on a candidate?s knowledge and experience.
