Job Description

Direct Counsel has partnered with a premier, internationally recognized law firm in their search for a mid to senior level associate to support their Sacramento office's Commercial Real Estate practice group.

General responsibilities include representation of clients in commercial real estate matters related to the acquisition, ownership and disposition of real property, including purchase and sale transactions, development, financing, leasing, title matters, easements and CC&Rs.

Requirements

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the CA bar
5+ years transactional experience in commercial real estate law
Knowledge of loan processes, escrow and real estate documentation
Strong understanding of superior client service and commitment to meeting deadlines with high-quality work product
Excellent analytical, legal research, drafting and writing skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated resourcefulness and self-directed behavior

Benefits

The expected annual pay range for this position is $200,000 to $275,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
