We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Client Partner to build and nurture long-term partnerships with our clients. This role involves managing a portfolio of key accounts, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions aligned with client objectives.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage client relationships, business strategy, account growth, and P&L oversight.
  • Lead account planning and strategy to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain trusted, long-lasting relationships with clients, including executive-level stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of services and solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Communicate progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify areas of improvement and growth within existing accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Forecast, track, and report key account metrics such as sales performance and revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to drive expansion within assigned territories or verticals.
  • Handle complex client issues and escalations with a solution-oriented approach.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Client Partner, Account Manager, or Business Development Manager in IT or management consulting.
  • Strong ability to engage, influence, and communicate with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering client-focused solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Experience managing financial sector clients is a plus.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
