Attorney - Medical Malpractice

Hall & Evans, LLC, one of Colorado?s oldest and most reputable trial firms, currently has an opportunity for an experienced Medical Malpractice Litigation Attorney to join our medical malpractice practice Medical Malpractice Practice group. Experience defending medical malpractice litigation cases is preferred. Upon successful completion of training, this position may allow for a A Hybrid Working Schedule, with three days spent in the office and two days working remotely from home. home is offered. Requirements Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado, required; Medical Malpractice Litigation experience, preferred; A strong work ethic and proven case management skills; Excellent communication and analytical skills; Exceptional research and writing skills; Ability to travel; Competent computer skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook; Interviewing and meeting with client representatives; Direct experience/interaction with insurance claims representatives, including reporting, case assessment, evaluation, and strategy; Responsibility for handling own files/matters files/matters, preferred; Taking and defending fact and expert depositions; Expert engagement and preparation, expert disclosures and reporting; Experience with all facets of pre-trial discovery and preparation; Experience with all facets of pre-trial motions; Experience with large document production and database matters; First chair mediation experience, preferred; Management and delegation of work to paralegals; First chair trial/arbitration experience, preferred; Schedule and payment claim experience, preferred; Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado, required; Marketing and business development interest, and; Experience in drafting publications, articles, or legal presentations, preferred. The salary for this position is $100,000 - $168,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Applications for this position will be accepted through April 30, August 31, 2025.
