Litigation Trial Attorney

Smith Jadin Johnson, PLLC is currently seeking an exceptional attorney with litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law in Colorado, have a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, excellent academic credentials, and strong writing, research, analytical, and verbal communication skills. Candidates should have experience in state and federal courts and first hand experience managing a litigation file from inception to closing. This includes handling discovery, motion practice, hearings and taking and defending depositions. Trial experience is a plus. Preference will be given to candidates with property and liability insurance coverage, claims, and litigation experience, including policy interpretation and analysis, claim presentation, and insurance appraisal. Experience working with community associations and multi-unit housing is a plus for any prospective candidate.
