Candidate should have 3-6 years (classes 2019-2022) of significant transactional experience in debt project finance. Experience should include negotiation of preparation, review and negotiation of credit agreements, collateral documents, intercreditor arrangements and other ancillary credit documents, and include experience in reviewing and conducting due diligence on key project agreements (offtake, EPC, supply contracts, O&M services, and/or other project agreements).
