Masada Homes is a pioneering community mental health and social service agency that has been making a difference in the lives of children, youth, families, and adults since 1989. Originally founded as a group home program for at-risk youth, Masada Homes has grown into a comprehensive organization with a mission to enhance the lives of individuals and contribute to the overall well-being of communities.
Over the years, Masada Homes has established itself as a leader in delivering culturally-sensitive and evidence-based services in Los Angeles County's most underserved areas. With a budget of over $25 million, a diverse and highly respected leadership team, and a dedicated workforce of 200+, Masada Homes serves more than 1,600 individuals and families each year.
Our seven offices act as community hubs, providing a range of services including onsite, in-home, school-based, and telehealth services. We are committed to empowering individuals and communities to achieve and maintain well-being. As the demand for our services continues to grow, we are expanding our reach to meet critical needs throughout Southern California.
