Masada Homes is a pioneering community mental health and social service agency that has been making a difference in the lives of children, youth, families, and adults since 1989. Originally founded as a group home program for at-risk youth, Masada Homes has grown into a comprehensive organization with a mission to enhance the lives of individuals and contribute to the overall well-being of communities.
Over the years, Masada Homes has established itself as a leader in delivering culturally-sensitive and evidence-based services in Los Angeles County's most underserved areas. With a budget of over $25 million, a diverse and highly respected leadership team, and a dedicated workforce of 200+, Masada Homes serves more than 1,600 individuals and families each year.
Our seven offices act as community hubs, providing a range of services including onsite, in-home, school-based, and telehealth services. We are committed to empowering individuals and communities to achieve and maintain well-being. As the demand for our services continues to grow, we are expanding our reach to meet critical needs throughout Southern California.
At Masada Homes, we believe in the power of collaboration and strive to build partnerships with other organizations and community members to create a stronger, more resilient society. We are committed to providing quality, compassionate care to those who need it most and making a positive impact in the communities we serve.
With a rich history and a bright future ahead, Masada Homes is dedicated to making a lasting difference in the lives of individuals, families, and communities. We are proud of our accomplishments, and we look forward to continuing to serve and support those in need for many years to come.
