Full-Service Partnership (FSP) Therapist - Adult

The Full-Service Partnership Therapist provides field-based clinical services to adult clients and functions as a member of an assigned Full-Service Partnership team. Full-Service Partnership Therapists are expected to exercise professional judgment and discretion as a significant practitioner in the successful integration of treatment for their adult clients. This is a full-time position, on call 24/7. This position involves working designated shifts under the direct supervision of the Clinical Supervisor.

Requirements

1. Valid California license as a LCSW, MFT, PhD, or PsyD; or master's degree and current registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate MSW or MFT Intern, LPCC or APCC with 6 semester units or 9 quarter units focused specifically on the theory and application of marriage and family therapy in each license renewal cycle.

2. Work experience in a comparable mental health setting.

3. Valid California driver's license, current vehicle insurance and a good driving record.

Competitive Salary:

BBS Registered: $75,001 - $95,000 per year

Licensed: $90,001- $105,000 per year

$1,000 Signing Bonus- Receive the first half of $1,000 on the first paycheck and the second half after completion of 6 months of employment.
