Special Projects Assistant

The Special Projects Assistant supports and assists the Chief Special Projects Officer in the management of the Student Intern Program, Accreditation, Workforce development and other special projects. The Special Projects Assistant is expected to exercise independent professional judgment and discretion in fulfilling the duties of the position and demonstrate a commitment to the services and values of the agency. The position involves working designated shifts under the direct supervision of the Chief Special Projects Officer.

Requirements

1. Three (3) years of experience providing high level administrative support.

2. Excellent computer abilities. Proficient in Word, Excel and other web based programs.

3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

4. Valid California Driver's License, good driving record and must be able to drive to fulfill the duties of the position.

Competitive Rate: $33.00 - $39.90 per hour
