Technical Writer - Video Management Platform

We are looking for a technical writer to join our team and create clear and concise documentation for our products. You will be responsible for producing high-quality user guides, manuals, tutorials, FAQs, release notes, and other technical content that

helps our customers and users understand and use our products and services effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, sales, marketing and otherstakeholders to understand the features, functionality, and requirements of our products and offerings.
• Research, write, edit, and format technical documentation that is accurate, comprehensive, and easy to understand.
• Use various tools and platforms to create and publish documentation in different formats and media, such as HTML, PDF, Wiki, Excel and Online help, etc.
• Follow the documentation standards and best practices for style, tone, structure, and format.
• Review and update existing documentation to ensure it is up to date, consistent, and aligned with the product and service changes.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from customers, users, and internal teams to improve the quality and usability of the documentation.
• Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical writing, communication, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical writing or documentation.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Familiar with various documentation tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, MadCap Flare, etc.

• Experience with various documentation types and formats, such as user guides, manuals, tutorials, FAQs, release notes, etc.
• Knowledge of technical writing principles and best practices, such as grammar, style, tone, structure, format, etc.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them in simple and clear language.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
