Requirements
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Revenue Generation
- Drive sales for B2B exhibition space and sponsorships.
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Measure: Achievement of space/sponsorship sales against set targets.
Lead Generation & Client Outreach
- Identify potential exhibitors and generate quality leads.
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Develop marketing materials to support outreach.
- Measure: Lead-to-booking conversion rate.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Measure: Client retention rate and feedback scores.
Market Research & Sales Strategy
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
- Refine sales strategies based on insights.
- Measure: Quality of sales pipeline and effectiveness of strategy implementation.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless client servicing.
- Measure: Timeliness and accuracy of sales reporting.
