We are looking for a dynamic and driven Expansions Executive to support growth initiatives and lead market expansion efforts. This role is critical in identifying and executing opportunities to establish a strong presence in new domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate brings a background in business development, market analysis, and strategic planning, preferably within the luxury or jewelry sectors.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and evaluate new markets and channels for business expansion.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to successfully enter and grow in new markets.
• Establish and nurture relationships with partners, suppliers, and distributors.
• Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends, customer behaviors, and the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for market entry and growth.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on market performance and expansion activities.
• Ensure all expansion efforts align with the company's mission, values, and brand positioning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury or jewelry industry.
• Proven success in business development and market expansion initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market data and trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• A strong commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices.
