We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic ITGC SAP Trainer with over a decade of hands-on experience in SAP Security , SAP GRC , and Controls domains. This role is ideal for a passionate trainer who can blend deep technical knowledge with strong communication and instructional delivery. The primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality training to a large group of SAP professionals (~150 team members), ensuring robust understanding of IT General Controls (ITGC), SAP GRC, and related security practices across the SAP ecosystem.

Requirements

• Deliver structured, effective training programs on SAP Security , SAP GRC , and ITGC to large audiences.
• Develop and update training content, modules, and materials in alignment with current SAP and ITGC best practices.
• Provide hands-on training support during SAP and GRC implementations and support phases.
• Train users on business process controls and their integration into SAP environments.
• Ensure that training aligns with audit, compliance, and internal control requirements.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to incorporate practical case studies and project examples.
• Provide post-training support including mentoring, Q&A sessions, and knowledge assessments.
• Stay up to date with evolving SAP technologies and GRC frameworks.

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Security , SAP GRC , and Controls .
• Demonstrated experience in multiple SAP & GRC implementations and support projects.
• Strong grasp of IT General Controls (ITGC) and their application in SAP landscapes.
• Proven ability to train large groups with clear communication and engagement.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Strong presentation and instructional skills ; ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Experience designing and delivering training materials, hands-on labs, and assessments.

• Exposure to SAP Cloud applications including:
• SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
• SAP SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud)
• SAP IAG (Identity Access Governance)
• SAP Cloud Identity Services
• Additional knowledge of SAP IBP , SuccessFactors , Ariba , and SAP HANA Cloud is highly desirable.
• Understanding of the SAP cloud ecosystem and willingness to stay current with new SAP offerings.
• Background in business process controls and their impact on GRC design and configuration.
