Technical Lead / Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an AI Tech Development Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cutting-edge technologies, particularly in the field of artificial intelligence, and will be responsible for understanding, recreating, and advancing the technology developed within our organization. This role requires strong AI programming skills, with additional full-stack development capabilities being a valuable asset.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Comprehensive Understanding of Current Tech: Thoroughly understand the technology being developed within the organization, including its underlying principles, algorithms, and applications. working with AI & creating generative AI.
2. Recreation and Advancement: Recreate and refine existing technology, ensuring a deep understanding of its functionality and potential areas for improvement. Develop future versions of similar technology, leveraging insights gained from analysis and experimentation.
3. Technical Support: Serve as a technical expert and provide support for the currently developed technology, assisting with troubleshooting, optimization, and integration efforts as needed.
4. Stay Updated with Industry Standards: Keep abreast of the latest developments and industry standards in artificial intelligence and related fields. Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies, incorporating relevant advancements into our technology stack when appropriate.
5. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including researchers, engineers, and product managers to drive innovation and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or PhD preferred.
• Pr oven experience in AI programming, with proficiency in languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Working experience with SAAS companies.
• Experience with AI & generative AI
• Experience with Machine Learning.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning techniques, and neural network architectures.
• Experience with full-stack development is a plus, including proficiency in web development technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to approach complex technical challenges with creativity and innovation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Highly motivated and self-directed, with a passion for staying at the forefront of technological advancements in artificial intelligence and related fields.
