Technical Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a Technical Documentation Specialist to support our requirements management system for autonomous vehicle development. In this role, you will work with engineering teams to maintain documentation in Polarion, ensuring proper traceability between internal standards, specifications, and test procedures.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage requirements documentation in Polarion, including standards, specifications, and test documentation
• Perform gap analysis and maintain traceability between requirements and tests
• Create and update test case documentation, verification methods, and compliance status
• Maintain links between standards, specifications, and test cases
• Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve documentation gaps
• Track and manage documentation status, review, and approval processes

Requirements

Required Skills:

Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Polarion)

Strong technical documentation skills

Understanding of systems engineering principles

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Experience with requirements traceability

Preferred:

Automotive/autonomous vehicle industry experience

Familiarity with safety standards

Experience with JIRA and Confluence

Experience with autonomous vehicle sensors and compute
