We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment for senior-level niche roles. This position involves conducting market research, networking with passive candidates, and partnering strategically with hiring managers. The ideal candidate will create robust hiring strategies to attract top talent, drive regional recruitment programs, and collaborate effectively with the Talent Acquisition community. Key job responsibilities

1. Develop and refine recruiting strategies to attract SDE III and Science tech talent.

2. Manage end-to-end demand fulfillment across multiple businesses and locations.

3. Collaborate with business teams and hiring managers to define role requirements and align project charters with candidates' interests and skills.

4. Implement and improve talent attraction workflows, focusing on process standardization and efficiency.

5. Create and execute strategies for managing relationships with both active and passive candidates, ensuring a great candidate experience.

6. Utilize advanced reporting and analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.

7. Demonstrate program management capabilities to oversee complex recruiting initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

2. Minimum 7+ years of recruiting experience in both corporate and search firm environments, along with experience in hiring SDE III and Science talent.

3. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and client relationships simultaneously

4. Proficiency in data analysis and its application to decision-making processes

5. Client focus with a commitment to continuous improvement, ability to network proactively and build effective working relationships

6. Expertise in candidate relationship management and business partnership development

7. Track record of successfully driving and scaling recruitment projects

Preferred Qualifications

1. Execute effective employer branding strategies, manage candidates, implement sourcing initiatives, and oversee interview processes.

2. Develop and utilize diverse sourcing plans and tools, including proactive internet research techniques.

3. Innovate and implement creative sourcing and recruiting approaches.

4. Apply consulting and analytical skills to create, measure, and scale efficient workflows among candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.

5. Collaborate effectively in a team environment, showcasing communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.

6. Proficiently use Candidate Tracking Systems (CTS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
