Job Description

We are seeking a class of 2021-2023 associate to join our Tax group to support the Firm?s structured finance, securitization, derivatives, and private funds practices. Our Tax team is dedicated to providing inventive tax solutions that meet the challenges and objectives of our clients? most sophisticated business dealings around the globe, from corporate transactions and restructurings to financial transactions and fund formation and investing. Our practice is also top ranked across industry publications, including Chambers, The Legal 500 and U.S News.

Salary is $235,000+ commensurate with class year and experience.

We are looking for:

We are looking for someone that has a broad-based tax experience, preferably with a good amount of experience in mergers, buyouts, joint ventures and divestitures. Private fund experience is helpful.
The primary focus will be on private credit, including CLOs and other types of securitization, asset-backed lending, private funds, rated note funds, repacks, and derivatives. However, previous experience in securitization is not required.
Law firm experience required, preferably at a large firm
