The New York office of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP is seeking associates for our tax practice group. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in transactional tax work, with meaningful exposure to leveraged finance and capital markets transactions. Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong academic background and be admitted to the New York Bar. Cahill offers a competitive salary structure and the anticipated base salary range for this position will be a minimum of $260,000 a year and a maximum of $435,000 depending on experience.
