Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized (Casting Assistant ) Talent Coordinator to assist in talent scouting, auditions, and project coordination. This role involves working closely with the casting team, managing talent databases, and ensuring smooth communication between talents and production teams. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the entertainment industry and strong coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Coordination & Management
- Assist in sourcing and shortlisting actors, models, and influencers for various projects.
- Maintain and update the talent database with profiles, availability, and project history.
- Coordinate and schedule auditions, callbacks, and meetings with clients.
Casting
- Help organize casting calls and ensure smooth execution of audition processes.
- Communicate casting requirements to talent agencies and independent artists.
- Gather and organize presentation materials for the casting team.
Project Coordination & Communication
- Act as a liaison between talents, production teams, and clients.
- Assist in handling contracts, agreements, and scheduling confirmations.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with talents and clients regarding auditions and selections.
Market Research & Industry Trends
- Stay updated on new and emerging talents in the industry.
- Research casting trends, talent availability, and entertainment industry updates.
