Job Description
Title: HR Executive
Location: Remote (Mumbai)
Experience: 3–4 Years
Work Mode : 100% Remote (Work From Home)
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and functions
Source and attract candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, and other job portals
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
Schedule and manage interviews, follow-ups, and feedback loops
Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and MIS reports
Ensure timely closure of positions within defined timelines
Handle offer rollouts, salary discussions, and onboarding coordination
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices
Requirements
3–4 years of experience in recruitment / HR operations
Proven experience in hiring through Naukri Portal, LinkedIn, Apna
Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions remotely
Good organizational, coordination, and time management skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / recruitment tracking tools
Experience in consultancy or manpower hiring (preferred)
