Job Title: Fresher Recruiter - IT/BFSI

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fresher Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, specializing in IT/BFSI recruitment. As a Fresher Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in the IT and BFSI industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and attracting candidates: Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to attract high-caliber candidates.

2. Screening and shortlisting candidates: Evaluate candidate resumes, cover letters, and other application materials to identify top talent.
