Job Description


Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing and Pipeline Creation: Proactively source and engage with qualified candidates using various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet hiring goals, with the ability to create a pipeline within 24-48 hours.
  2. Volume Management: Manage high volumes of recruitment activities, with a target of at least 25-30 joiners per month. This includes conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  3. Job Board Management: Utilize job boards effectively by posting job openings, conducting mass mailings, launching referral campaigns, and leveraging social media platforms to attract candidates. Monitor the performance of job postings and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
  4. ATS and Excel Proficiency: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Excel to manage recruitment processes efficiently. Capture and maintain candidate details, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports to provide insights into recruitment activities.
  5. Understanding of Corporate/Startup Processes: Have experience working in both corporate and startup environments to understand and navigate interview processes, offer approvals, and reporting requirements. Adapt to the specific needs and dynamics of each organization to ensure successful recruitment outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales recruitment, with a proven track record of success in meeting hiring targets and managing high volumes.
  • Strong sourcing skills and the ability to create a pipeline of qualified candidates quickly.
  • Proficiency in managing recruitment activities on job boards, social media, and other channels.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Excel to manage recruitment processes and data effectively.
  • Familiarity with corporate and startup recruitment processes, including interview scheduling, offer approvals, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
