Job Description


We are seeking associates with 2+ 3+ years of substantial experience in securitization and structured finance, or associates with transactional experience and a strong desire to work in the Collateralized Loan Obligations space, to join our expanding and high-performing Global Finance group. Our premier structured credit practice is at the forefront of the industry, serving a diverse global client base that includes many of the largest asset managers and equity investors, as well as some of the most prolific CLO underwriters (major investment and commercial banks). In addition, our practice is consistently top ranked across industry publications, including Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 US. Salary is $235,000+ $260,000+ commensurate with class year and experience. We are looking for: Prior experience with private credit, CLOs, fund finance, NAV-based facilities or subscription line credit facilities is preferred Associates with 2+ years of transactional experience and interest in pivoting to work in the CLO space are encouraged to apply Excellent academic credentials
