Job Description

The Washington, DC office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an associate attorney to join its Complex Commercial Litigation and Administrative Law Practices. The ideal candidate will have at least one (1) to four (4) years of experience representing companies or the federal government in federal law litigation and/or regulatory advocacy and compliance. A strong academic record and writing skills are required; clerkship and/or federal government honors program experience are preferred. Admission to the DC Bar is required. Lewis Brisbois? Complex Commercial Litigation Practice comprises attorneys who regularly handle state and federal litigation, including appeals and regulatory proceedings for local, national and international clients, as well as federal, state and local agencies. They are licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court, state and federal trial and appellate courts, and administrative and regulatory bodies.
