We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Accounts & Finance professional to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and compliance, along with a solid background in the NBFC, Small Finance Banks, or Housing Finance sectors.

Requirements

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting , and forecasting to ensure financial stability and growth for the organization.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (RBI, SEBI, and other statutory bodies) specific to Housing Finance Companies (HFCs) and NBFCs .
• Manage financial reporting , accounting processes, and statutory audits in accordance with IND-AS and IFRS standards.
• Handle taxation matters , including direct and indirect taxes , GST , and corporate tax planning .
• Develop and implement financial policies , risk management strategies , and internal controls to safeguard financial operations.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with senior management on capital allocation , fund management , and investment strategies .
• Ensure the timely preparation and submission of financial statements , MIS reports , and board presentations .
• Liaise with banks , financial institutions , and regulatory authorities for smooth financial operations.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Accounts & Finance roles.
• Preferable work experience in NBFCs , Small Finance Banks , Gold Loan , or Housing Finance organizations.
• Chartered Accountancy qualification (FCA/ACA) is a must.

• Strong expertise in accounts and finance management.
• Deep understanding of taxation laws and regulations, including GST and corporate tax planning .
• Ability to lead financial strategy and operations with a keen focus on compliance and growth.
