We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Accounts & Finance professional to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and compliance, along with a solid background in the NBFC, Small Finance Banks, or Housing Finance sectors.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial planning, budgeting , and forecasting to ensure financial stability and growth for the organization.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (RBI, SEBI, and other statutory bodies) specific to Housing Finance Companies (HFCs) and NBFCs .
Manage financial reporting , accounting processes, and statutory audits in accordance with IND-AS and IFRS standards.
Handle taxation matters , including direct and indirect taxes , GST , and corporate tax planning .
Develop and implement financial policies , risk management strategies , and internal controls to safeguard financial operations.
Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Collaborate with senior management on capital allocation , fund management , and investment strategies .
Ensure the timely preparation and submission of financial statements , MIS reports , and board presentations .
Liaise with banks , financial institutions , and regulatory authorities for smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 years of experience in Accounts & Finance roles.
Preferable work experience in NBFCs , Small Finance Banks , Gold Loan , or Housing Finance organizations.
Chartered Accountancy qualification (FCA/ACA) is a must.

Skills:

Strong expertise in accounts and finance management.
Deep understanding of taxation laws and regulations, including GST and corporate tax planning .
Ability to lead financial strategy and operations with a keen focus on compliance and growth.
