Requirements

Maintaining Books of Accounts and Book Closure

• Manage and maintain full spectrum of accounting functions of the company including audit and tax planning, review payments, invoices, debit/credit notes.
• Review and recommend improvement of accounting policies and procedures.
• Monthly book closure and financial reporting
• Supervising daily finance operations, tracking payables & trade receivables
• Reviewing legal documents and contracts & handling all Company Secretarial matters along with the consultants
• Work closely with other department heads, other consultants and operations related matters.

Taxation

• Preparation & finalisation of Returns of all type of Taxation
• Compilation of data for submission of reply to the Tax Departments
• Calculation & payment of Tax dues
• Submission of Returns in case of Direct & Indirect Taxes

Miscellaneous

• Various Technology related changes implementation- if any during the year
• Implementation with Technical team (System development and Reporting) for timely presenting requisite informative Dashboards & reports to the management
• Proactive in identifyingandresolving problems

Skill Set & Educational Qualifications

• A CA with 4-5 years of experience in similar role with a growing start up
• Experience of Indian GAAP & Indian Accounting Standards is a must.
• Proficient in MS office (Excel), Google Spreadsheets, and Tally ERP is a must
• Positive, pragmatic and mature with flexible approach to issues and problem solving and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills.
