Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of a new online business vertical focusing on medical services and products for senior citizens. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and scale a website and app, aligning with market needs and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Development- Define the product vision and strategy, aligning with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation.
- Oversee the development of a website and app featuring medical services and products for senior citizens.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Plan and execute promotional and advertising campaigns for the new vertical.
- Frame and ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to the product line.
- Develop and implement additional revenue strategies for the business.
- Conduct competitive analysis and optimize pricing strategies.
Requirements
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management- Work closely with web developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless product launch.
- Engage with the Senior Living Sales team to stay updated on products, pricing, and revenue management.
- Pitch the platform to real estate owners and partners to onboard them for business growth.
- Use website analytics tools like Google Analytics to measure product performance and customer engagement.
- Prepare and analyze reports to track KPIs, conversion rates, and business outcomes.
- Recommend and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or product management.
- Proficiency in website development tools, including HTML and CSS.
- Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
