Job Description

Amazon Ads helps brands create experiences that delight customers and deliver meaningful results. With 300+ million worldwide active customers, and first-party insights based on shopping, streaming and browsing signals, brands can craft innovative campaigns that help customers find and discover anything they want. Our solutions on Amazon.com, services like Twitch, Freevee, Alexa, Amazon Music, and partnerships with third-party publishers and exchanges make Amazon Ads the ultimate amplifier for brands to reach the right audiences in the right places, both on and off Amazon. Amazon Advertising is a key strategic focus for Amazon and is in a rapid and exciting growth phase.

Amazon Ads Partners help brands achieve and exceed their desired outcomes through tech innovation and expert managed services. In order to accelerate the next phase of Amazon Ads development, we are committed to transforming the depth, scale and ambition of our partnerships with a diverse landscape of partners across a full range of independent agencies, as well as Tech Partners. Our team builds partnerships across the advertising landscape to drive innovation and growth for all brands, including those that do not sell on Amazon.com.

The Amazon Ads Partner Marketing Team enhances partner expertise, capabilities, and visibility through bespoke marketing programs that foster growth for advertisers, partners, and Amazon Ads. We're seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to spearhead life-cycle marketing initiatives that transform how partners leverage Amazon Ads. As a key member of our Partner Marketing Team, you'll architect and implement strategies that empower partners to scale, innovate, and maximize their success across all growth stages.

In this role, you'll design and execute comprehensive marketing programs that accelerate partner growth, and lead strategic initiatives that strengthen the Amazon Ads partner network. You'll drive data-informed decisions that enhance partner satisfaction and business outcomes, while working at the intersection of technology, marketing, and business strategy.

The ideal candidate is a strategic B2B marketing leader with proven success in the advertising industry. You should be an analytical thinker who can translate complex data into actionable insights, a skilled relationship builder who excels at stakeholder management across all levels, and an entrepreneurial self-starter comfortable navigating ambiguity. Most importantly, you'll be a customer-obsessed professional with exceptional communication abilities.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of advertising partnerships while driving meaningful impact for partners and Amazon Ads.
