Who you are:
Starry is seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Subscriber Acquisition for the New York City market. You will be responsible for driving subscriber growth for the brand and business through locally driven field marketing campaigns and activity aimed at increasing subscriptions and demand within our multifamily communities.
The Director will oversee a team of full and part-time staff to achieve goals in subscription growth, brand awareness, and demand generation. This team leader will supervise the daily operations of the Subscriber Sales team that sells internet service to residents in Starry's residential portfolio, and will support the goals of driving new revenue and customer growth in the New York City market.
You will work closely with local Customer Success and Deployment to project growth trends and analyze existing market data to define the acquisition strategy for all channels within your market. The Director of Subscriber Acquisition reports directly to the VP of Subscriber Acquisition.

Working Conditions
Salary of $140,000-160,000 plus a quarterly bonus based on market and sales team performance. Final salary will be based on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and training.
