Senior Manager/AD- Credit Risk Strategy

We're looking for an analytics professional from the banking and financial services industry, with Credit Risk Policy & Risk Management experience. The role is responsible for effective management of the overall Risk Forecastingverical.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1.CreditPolicyIntegration: Translatecreditpolicy decisions into portfolio forecasts (should understand portfolio maturation, impact ofpolicychange on loss trajectory, Bad to Good, Severity etc.)

2. Variance Analysis: Project and Track Actuals, explaining variances against forecasts, including the underlying drivers of changes.

3. Model incorporation: Work with a range of models, including vintage-driven, stochastic and challenger orthogonal models.

4. Senior Management Reporting: Clearly articulate variance explanations and key insights to senior leader

Requirements

• 8-15 yrs of experience in Banking domain and credit card.
• Experience inCreditCards -CreditPolicy(AcquisitionPolicyrequired, Existing Client Managementis acceptable, First Party Fraud/collectionspolicyexperience not required)
• Strongproficiency in understanding of vintage models, roll rate models, and time seriesbased risk models.
• Ability to translatecreditpolicyand macro environment inputs into portfolio impacts, including DQ, Low FICO concentration, Exposure,Creditand Fraud Losses.
• USCreditCards Domain Experience is mandatory.
• CreditCardPolicyexperience is a must (non CECL, CCAR, implementation or marketing)
• Hands on coding ability (and strong understanding of data/codes in this space.
• Experience in Python, Databricks Notebooks, SQL, Excel, PPT
