For one of our clients, we are looking for a Sales Executive, remotely from the United States.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise to drive growth by identifying new prospects and building strong relationships with decision-makers in the multi-unit restaurant industry. Through a consultative sales approach, you will tailor solutions to meet customer needs, helping restaurants optimize operations, enhance guest experiences, and analyze customer data. This remote position allows you to manage a territory, support marketing efforts, and lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

Accountabilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services and how they address business challenges in the restaurant industry.
• Build and manage a territory plan to identify and pursue potential clients, driving new business opportunities.
• Handle the entire sales cycle, from lead development and discovery calls to proposal creation and closing deals.
• Engage in outbound lead generation activities, including cold calling, networking, and email outreach to build a healthy sales pipeline.
• Use Salesforce to track and manage all sales activity, ensuring accurate and timely updates of customer interactions and progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and successful customer onboarding and experience.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience in SaaS sales, ideally selling to medium to large customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse personality types.
• Demonstrated success in managing a full sales cycle, closing deals, and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM and other lead generation technologies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a fast-paced, activity-driven sales environment.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales scenarios.
• Desire for continuous feedback and a collaborative approach to sales.
