About the team and role
New Business Team, GBG Americas
The New Business team at GBG in the Americas region is a driving force behind our company's growth and market expansion. Focused on identifying and securing new clients, this team plays a critical role in introducing GBG's identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance solutions to businesses across various industries.
By leveraging deep industry knowledge and a consultative sales approach, the New Business team works to understand the unique challenges of potential clients and offer tailored solutions that drive value. The team collaborates closely with cross-functional departmentsincluding Product, Professional Services, Marketing, and Pre-Salesto ensure GBG's solutions align with market demands and client needs.
With a strong focus on innovation, relationship-building, and strategic partnerships, the New Business team is instrumental in shaping GBG's presence in the Americas, securing high-value deals, and contributing to the overall success of the company's go-to-market strategy. Their success not only brings in new revenue but also strengthens GBG's brand and reputation in the identity and fraud prevention space.
Sales Executive
GBG is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our high-growth New Business team in the Americas region, reporting to the SVP of New Business. In this hunter role, the Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities for our identity verification and fraud prevention solutions, while also expanding relationships with a select group of existing customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling SaaS solutions, preferably in the Fraud and Identity space, and a proven ability to navigate the full sales processfrom prospecting to closing deals. This role requires someone skilled in building and managing a strong pipeline, understanding client needs, and effectively positioning GBG's solutions to drive revenue growth.
